Answers for a spotless property

How soon can you come out for an estimate?

Estimates are usually scheduled within 2–3 business days. For mowing, fertilization, aeration, and similar services, we often provide remote estimates using satellite measuring tools. For larger projects, we’ll schedule an in-person visit.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

No, you don’t need to be home unless you’d like to walk the property with our estimator. If you’re not home, please make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured.

 Do you provide one-time services?

Yes, we offer one-time services like pressure washing, leaf removal, or seasonal cleanups in addition to recurring maintenance.

 Can I request the same crew each time?

 We do our best to keep the same crew on recurring jobs so you get consistent service, but occasionally schedules require adjustments.

 Do you haul away debris and clippings?

We can haul away clippings and debris based on client request, and there will be an additional charge for disposal.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

If weather prevents us from working, we’ll reschedule for the next available day and notify you right away.
